Shipping Policy for Mountain Moverz
At Mountain Moverz, we take pride in creating unique, handmade items that resonate with our customers. To ensure the highest quality, please note the following shipping guidelines:
-
Processing Time: All of our items are handmade to order, and our standard processing time is 4-6 business daysΒ (this excludes weekends and holidays)Β before shipping. During peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.Β
**selecting expedited shipping at checkout does not affect processing time, only what shipping method is used once your order is ready to ship** -
Shipping Speed: Once your order is processed, the shipping speed will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please note that selecting a faster shipping option will not expedite the processing time of your order.
-
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
-
Order Tracking: Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order.
-
International Shipping: For customers outside the United States, international shipping options are available. Please be aware of potential delays and additional charges due to customs clearance.
-
Customer Service: If you have any questions about your order or shipping, please contact us. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
- Shipment Delays: Mountain Moverz is not responsible for orders that do not arrive by a certain date. Issues can include but are not limited to: delays with shipping carriers and delays from suppliers. While we try to work as quickly an efficiently as possible, some factors are out of our control.
Thank you for choosing Mountain Moverz. We are excited to create something special for you!
